Step 1. Timing & Prep: Use daily during your morning makeup routine to lift your lashes. Ensure your eyelashes are completely bare and dry. (Note: If using alongside the ViveLab Black or Clear Lash Serums, wait 1 to 2 minutes for the serum to dry completely before using the curler).
Step 2. Setup & Heat: Press the power button to turn on the device and wait about 30 seconds for it to pre-heat. Select your preferred temperature setting: Low (45°C) for thin/delicate lashes, Medium (50°C) for normal lashes, or High (60°C) for thick/stubborn lashes.
Step 3. Apply: Place the heated silicone comb at the very base (roots) of your eyelashes. Lift the lashes gently upward and hold the curler in place for 2 to 3 seconds.
Step 4. Shape & Hold: Instead of just holding the roots, slowly move the comb upward, pausing briefly at the mid-lengths, and again at the tips. Curling your lashes in these three sections will create a beautiful, natural, and long-lasting C-curl.
Step 5. Frequency & Storage: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn the device off. Always allow the silicone tip to cool down completely, then gently wipe it clean with a dry tissue or soft cloth before storing it. (Never wash the device with water).

Yes! The curler features 3 adjustable temperature settings. The High setting (60°C / 140°F) is specifically designed to provide a dramatic lift and stronger hold for super straight, heavy, or drooping lashes.
