Yes. ViveLab Rewards is free for everyone to join. Your tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) is applied automatically based on your yearly spend, and each tier comes with its own set of benefits.
Q. How is my yearly spend calculated?
We calculate your yearly spend using the final amount you pay after discounts are applied. Because it’s based on your annual purchase total, your spend (and tier) will reset automatically 12 months after your last purchase if no additional orders are placed.
Q. Do my rewards or member benefits expire?
Yes. If 12 months pass from your last purchase, your yearly spend and any associated rewards or member benefits will reset and expire.
Q. Can I combine my welcome offer with subscription discounts?
No. Welcome offers and subscription discounts can’t be combined on the same order.
Q. Is free shipping based on my order total before or after discounts?
Free shipping is applied based on your final order total after discounts are applied.
Q. Is the 10% welcome offer different from the Bronze entry reward?
Think of the 10% welcome offer as the way you unlock your Bronze tier perk.
